Agile Sales education

The Agile Sales team were seeking an internal resource to support embedding agile methodologies throughout the organisation.
Initially designing a printed version of the playbook, I then developed the accompanying video which became a pivotal tool in establishing credibility within the sales community and emphasising the advantages of adopting an agile approach. Use of simple yet eye-catching graphics and punchy taglines assisted in overcoming the inherent resistance to change among sellers and increased the desire to embrace agility in their work processes.
